The Terms and Conditions pertain to the use and the ordering of goods from the Jaume Labro website. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not order from nor enter the website. From time to time, the Terms and Conditions may undergo an update. Upon every visit to the Jaume Labro website, Terms and Conditions should be read to ensure that you are in agreement with any new modifications.
Once you place an order on the website, you will be sent an email confirmation recognizing the fact that your order has been received. This is in no way a confirmation of your order acceptance. Your acceptance will take place upon the shipment of your purchase. You will be notified if your order has not been accepted, and you will also receive a notification in the event that you have canceled your order. If your order has not been canceled and has been accepted, you will then receive a confirmation email advising you that your order has been shipped to you. Acceptance of your order is a legally binding contract between yourself and Jaume Labro. Your payment will then be debited from the bank account card presented when you placed your order. In the event that you have decided to complete payment through PayPal or wire transfer, your payment will be deducted immediately.
Prices for goods listed on the website are as stated. For the convenience of international buyers, all prices are listed in USA Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), Great Britain Pound (GBR), Japanese Yen (JPY), China Yuan/Renminbi (CNY) and Australian Dollar (AUD), therefore you will be billed in any of those currencies. If your currency is not covered by this range, you will be billed in US dollars. When you purchase from outside of Japan, currency fluctuations, as well as credit card charges, may create a difference in the final amount billed to your credit card. Delivery charges are as stated on our website. Please note that there will be some locations that we will not be able to deliver to. Jaume Labro will not be responsible for any actions of local customs authorities. You will be responsible for all payments incurred through duties and any taxes. Your purchases will be delivered to the address given at the time of placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping information given is correct and accurate. Once your purchase has arrived, there must be a person at the delivery location to both sign for and take custody of your purchase from the assigned delivery service.
Ownership of your ordered goods will take place once your purchase is delivered to you. Shipment will only take place once full payment for your purchase has been received. Full payment includes any delivery charges that may be incurred. You are fully responsible for your order once you or your representative has taken custody of your purchase. Jaume Labro will not be liable for loss or damage once delivery has been accepted. Inspect your packaging prior to acceptance for damage or openings. Prices are subject to change at any given time without notification. Jaume Labro consistently reviews website prices to ensure the accuracy of all prices shown. However, this is not a guarantee that errors have not occurred. In the event of pricing errors, the customer will have the option of reordering the product at the correct price or canceling the order in its entirety. If Jaume Labro cannot reach the customer regarding the pricing discrepancy either through email or telephone, the order will be cancelled.
Jaume Labro products that are offered on this website are generally in stock. However, on occasion, some silver products may be unavailable. Generally, silver items are maintained in stock and diamond goods are made to order. As a result, Jaume Labro has the option of requiring an advance payment for the order of certain items. Once payment has been received in full, your item will be shipped. All advance payment customers and customers ordering on the site for immediate delivery will have priority over wait list customers.
An up to date status of your order can be checked by going to the website, signing in to your account and selecting the option of “order status”. Should you want direct communication, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and your order will be tracked for you.
Cancellation of your order must be made within 30 business days from date of order. You are not required to give a reason for your cancellation nor will there be a penalty. In the event that your order is in the dispatch process, you can contact us via email@example.com or by telephone at +81 (0) 80 3835 7123. However, it may not be possible to stop an order from being dispatched.
If the items have already been delivered to you, your right to cancel your order for the goods you have received is dependent on:
A. You not having worn or damaged the goods.
B. You not removing any security tags from the goods.
C. You calling or emailing Jaume Labro within 30 working days after you received the goods and receiving a Returns Authorization number (RA) from us.
The goods must be returned to us within 10 days of your receiving your RA number. You must do the following:
Only complete compliance of your refund stipulations will afford you a full refund, including any delivery costs if applicable.
Returns are subject to at-your-own-risk shipping. You are responsible for insuring your returned goods. Items must remain in your possession until the time of return. While in possession of items that are being returned, you are expected to take reasonable care of the goods. Should you fail to meet these guidelines, we have the right to assess a claim for compensation from you. This claim will be debited from your original method of payment. If you do not return your purchase within 30 days, we will not accept the item back. You will be deemed to have taken full ownership without any return, cancellation or refund option.
Some item(s) are not included in our “Free 30 Days Returns” policy. These items include all Bespoke Special Orders (idem “customization” items) or any type of mokume gane jewelry, including engagement rings and wedding rings, which due to their unique nature cannot be exchanged or returned. Other jewelry other than Bespoke Special Order (idem “customization” items) or any type of mokume gane jewelry is eligible for our 30 days free return option. Sales taxes and import duties will not be refunded.
Jaume Labro reserves the right to cancel your order at any time. This right still applies after you have been sent an order confirmation. This, however, would only occur in exceptional cases. Cancellations may include but are not limited to the following circumstances:
If for any reason your order is canceled by Jaume Labro, you will be notified by email and/or telephone call. Your account will be credited any monies that may have been deducted. This will occur as soon as possible or within 30 days of your order. Liability to you or a third party will not be assumed, and no compensation whatsoever will be paid due to the cancellation of your order.
