Long distance shipping is a specialty of Jaume Labro. Our custom jewelry and ring designs can be shipped to almost any required destination. Our “Free Shipping” policy is available in the following countries: Australia, Canada, China, EU, Hong-Kong, Macau, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom (UK) and United States of America (USA).

None-free shipping countries

Deliveries to other countries will entail a fee of US $120 for shipments with a total value of US $15,000 or lower. For items with a higher value than US $15,000, our checkout process will calculate automatically the shipping fee for each purchase with a maximum total value of US $60,000. For items with a higher value than US $60,000, we will quote you accordingly on a case by case basis.

Insured shipping

Orders will be shipped fully insured. Prior to accepting your delivered purchase, we suggest that you examine your package for possible tampering and/or damages before signing confirmation of receipt. We provide many services to our international customers in order to give them peace of mind. Our experience in international shipping, correspondence, and transactions inspires us to cater to everyone around the world. Please take notice: Jaume Labro’s preferred carriers are DHL, FedEx, Yamato Kuroneko, UPS, Brinks and Malca-Amit for our international shipment of your fine jewelry and rings. Depending on the situation (country, amount, etc…) we reserve the right to determine which carrier is the most appropriate.

Shipping gold and diamond jewelry exceptions

There are instances in which a shipment will be delivered by a third-party carrier once it reaches its destination country. Additional fees may be incurred by your customs entity in the form of a levy. Your customs office will be able to provide you with further details.

Ring Gauges shipments

Sizing rings gauges and samples are shipped via international courier at the cost of US $95.00. This amount will include shipping, handling, customs and levied taxes.

Eco-friendly packaging

Jaume Labro strives to minimize the environmental impact of the packaging. That’s why we like to use recycled materials to create our jewelry packaging whenever possible. When we ship your ring, we use a cardboard box with a customized foam liner to keep your package safe during the shipment. Whenever possible, both foam and cardboard box will be manufactured from recycled materials and the inks used for the printing will be vegetable oil-based inks (not mineral oil based inks) as we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. We encourage you to repurpose your packaging to create a “green-chain” and give greater meaning to our efforts by sharing our vision.
